"I have been using the massage services of Karen Steele at Vivid Health for about 3 months. I started coming for treatment of tingling hands and tendonitis in my knees. Karen was able to identify the cause of the tingling hands immediately (tight upper back, shoulders and arms due to cycling and poling while skiing). She has a knack of determining which tendons and muscles are causing problems and getting right into them. Not only does she relieve the issues on visits to her studio, but she provides take-home exercises to maintain the relief between appointments and speed the recovery. My conditions had been getting progressively worse for a few years and my knees were limiting the amount of time I could ski or would buckle after cycling. Over the years I have had massage treatment from many therapists and Karen is definitely one of the best I've had. She communicates with you throughout to ensure the treatment is working and you are comfortable. I would highly recommend her services to anyone in need of massage therapy."

I never usually write testimonials/reviews, but Karen is awesome.
My wife referred me to Karen, for some issues I was having with my neck/head. I had been to Karen before (who is an amazing RMT), but I wasn't sure massage therapy was the right solution for the head/neck issues I was having.
I figured I would pay Karen a visit anyway, to see if it helps. I told Karen about the issues I was having, and right away she knew what I was going through. After a 60 minute treatment, all my head issues had disappeared, and I was back to normal. This was 2 weeks ago now, and I'm still feeling great.
I would recommend Karen to anyone looking for a great RMT.
