Yoga therapy is a self-empowerment tool that affects all 5 layers of our being, physical, physiological, psychological including the intellectual and wisdom mind, and our common Essence.
The practice is tailored to the individual and includes 1-4 techniques each with 3-5 functions in order to maximize efficiency and efficacy.
Time and space to practice and other lifestyle issues are taken into consideration when designing a practice for a client.
In addition, yoga therapy tools such as diaphragmatic breathing, breath counting, sound and visualization are added into massage therapy treatments in order to enhance the effect of the soft tissue work.
